Im back! Oh ya.. My post sound weird??? Well… im doing some fun stuff in Google when i found translate text features and happy to use it! Feliz Cumpleaños! Dont understand, well the translation should be Happy Birthday!

Hurm… i was born in May and somehow human does not born twice so WTH am i talking about? Who is celebrating? Dont get me wrong…. http://www.johnbaem.com is the ONE! Yes guy, this domain is already up for a year and its celebrating birthday on 27 July 2008 for one year! Big boy huh???

If that was man, he can start walking, mumbling, crying for sure and asking mom for so many things and if you cant remember, ask back your mommy! Bdw, since its domain, its preferably describe the progress of mine in this arena and how good or bad I am in a year.

Reaching one year of age, this blog somehow is giving me inspiration in focusing thing and determination as well. Actually, i just start doing blog seriously a month back and looking at stats, it shown such a tremendous boost in my blog and currently its given PR2 by Uncle GOOGLE. Thanks uncle. Thus, ive been wasting my time and lack of focus in past month back is deteriorating in what i suppose to reach and capable for. I will never turn back anymore this time. I strongly believe in myself if i continue focusing in what i did surely ill reach a better stage now and more in the future.

Back to IM stream. Ive 3 modules in hand and it can be my main source of income.

1) Website Building aka Flipping Skills
2) Article Empire
3) Outsourcing Capability and Link Building

Id talk about project of mine in previous post and thats what am i doing. Currently, ive setup a new blog site for flipping purpose and its currently under the process of negotiation for flip to other people that in return will allow me a good ROI(Return Of Investment). It wasnt an easy task and flipping does not easy like what people ever expecting. The keywords for flipping website is “unique content” thus bear in mind!

Well another 2 is most likely the basic ingredient in making few dollars in this stream? Wanna know more? Keep in touch ya…

Oh, what am i giving my domain for birthday gift? After renewing the name and hosting, i plan to give a new look with premium theme on this blog so stay tune!
